Delete your account
You can delete your Kaya Leta account here or in the app. Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask, and until then you can change your mind.

What happens when you ask
- Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days from the day you ask.
- Until then you can cancel at any time: sign in here or in the app and tap Cancel deletion.
- After 30 days we remove your name, phone number, email, photo, saved addresses, cart, likes and sign-in details. The account cannot be recovered.
- We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as orders and transaction records, without your personal details attached.
Before you ask
- Withdraw any balance in your Kaya Leta wallet first.
- Sellers: close your shop in the app first. Your shop is deleted along with your account.
Other ways to delete
In the app, go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. If you can't sign in at all, email support@kayaleta.com from the phone number or email on your account and we will delete it for you.
